Meeting Rooms

All five CCPL branches have meeting rooms available for use Monday through Saturday (except library holidays). Meeting room use for nonprofits is free. The charge for large meeting room use by for-profit organizations is $50 for each use of a large meeting room up to four hours, with an additional $50 charge if use extends beyond four hours on the same day. All meetings must be completed and the building cleared by 11:00 PM. Please see our Meeting Room Policy and Regulations for more information.

Meeting rooms may be reserved in the following ways:

  • Online using our online form - instructions
  • By telephone (410.386.4500) Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Stopping by one of our branch libraries and filling out the form online or asking a Librarian for assistance with filling out the form.
