Using technology can be challenging, but trying to find an App that can help teach a child is almost impossible. The Finksburg Branch Library is hosting a PBS App-a-Thon to help you! Bring your handheld device, we will supply the FREE app codes to download educational PBS apps and provide adults with some valuable information. Part of the Quality Digital Media Partnership series with WQED-PBS, LittleeLit.com, and Carroll County Public Library. Children 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
