Join Dan Strayton, General Manager of Health Unlimited Family Fitness as he gives advice on the strategies he used to help Noah Biingo Gray, a teen contestant on the TV show The Biggest Loser. Biingo and his parents had a combined weight loss of over 200 lbs during his time on the show and continue to work out regularly at Health Unlimited. A little push, a twist, a turn. Keep those little fingers busy and experimenting in our library Tinkertown. Fun, playful activities will engage the mind and body as your child builds their fine motor skills and creativity. Children 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
