A little push, a twist, a turn. Keep those little fingers busy and experimenting in our library Tinkertown. Fun, playful activities will engage the mind and body as your child builds their fine motor skills and creativity. Children 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Only kids need to register. This program is sponsored in part by a Community Arts Development Grant from the Carroll County Arts Council and the Maryland State Arts Council.
