All children should attend with an adult caregiver and dress ready to stretch and move. Only kids need to register.

Local author Lisa M. Airey landed a book contract through non-traditional means. It involved a serendipitous sequence of events including a road trip to New Mexico, Native American pottery thieves, and champagne. (Yes, truth IS stranger than fiction.) Before the ink was dry on the publication deal, her editor asked her to change the title, cut 25K words, and move the story from South Dakota to Colorado. Join us for a very candid conversation about getting that book deal...and all the hard work that comes afterwards.
