Join Dr. David Hildebrand at the Mount Airy Branch as he plays a variety of songs from Maryland's early days. Types of music range from instrumental dance music to ballads and patriotic songs to military marches. Children 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. A Celebrating America program. This program is sponsored in part by a Community Arts Development Grant from the Carroll County Arts Council and the Maryland State Arts Council.
