Books and More: Quick Quilt, How America Was Built

Create your own block of America! Design and paint a fabric block in September. The hand-painted blocks will be sewn into a quilt and in October we will knot and finish the quilt celebrating our country. The completed quilt will be displayed in the North Carroll Branch and later donated to Project Linus. All supplies will be provided. A Celebrating America program.

Service Learning Hours: KidWorks

KidWorks meets twice a month. At the 1st meeting we spend an hour planning a storytime for younger kids. At the 2nd meeting (10/24/2013 from 5:30-7:30 PM) we present the storytime. You must come to both meetings to earn 3 service learning hours.
