To celebrate World Happiness Day, join us for a movie night to explore the science of happiness and
what really makes people happy. The documentary “Happy” explores the roots of happiness through
scientific research and fascinating human stories, and in the process, shows that everyone can
become lastingly happier. The film has won numerous awards in nations like Mexico, Costa Rica, the
Netherlands, and the U.S. The movie runs approximately 75 minutes. After the film, please join our
host Rayna Schroeder, a Life and Leadership Coach, in learning about specific strategies on how you
can be happier. Refreshments will be served.
