Join Michael Rudnick as he discusses the displaced town of Oakland Mills, which was flooded in the process of creating Liberty Reservoir. Mr. Rudnick is a local historian and raconteur, who has published articles related to the history of the Sykesville area on Eldersburg Patch and with various local print publications.
