Allen Hayes, Master Beekeeper and member of the Carroll County Beekeepers Association, Inc., will tell us why the honeybee is so important to our survival. He will also talk about the basics of bee biology, their perfect society, and the equipment needed to get started keeping your
own bees. You'll learn what a beekeeper does in his backyard so you can do it too.
