Roosevelt and Five Extraordinary Men Took America into the War and into the World with history professor Dr. Dean Kotlowski of Salisbury University. Dr. Kotlowski is a nationally known presidential historian as well as a Fulbright scholar. This Freedom Shrine Document program is in honor of FDR’s Four Freedoms speech.
