Behind on your spring cleaning? Not to worry! Start off your (late) spring cleaning by making your own “green cleaning” items. Learn from Dr. Virginia Brown, University of Maryland Extension, the advantages of green cleaning and how to properly store and prevent poisoning from household items. You will also make 2 green cleaners and leave with a “recipe book”.

Return to the Civil War with Kent Courtney

Join Kent Courtney, frequently seen on The History Channel, as he delights us with Civil War history and songs. His music, costuming, instruments, and stories are utilized to ensure that attendees of his performances will feel like they are watching a live version of The History Channel. He is also the author of Returning to the Civil War, Grand Reenactments of an Anguished Time, and a nationally recognized authority on the Civil War. Kent Courtney is currently appearing in The History Channel’s Stealing Lincoln’s Body. Refreshments will be served. A Celebrating America program.
