All six CCPL locations have meeting rooms available for public use. Meetings can be conducted Monday through Saturday at all locations, Sundays year-round at the Eldersburg and Westminster branch, and Sundays during October - April at our other locations. Meeting rooms are not available on library holidays. Meetings must be completed and the building cleared by 11:00 PM. Please review our Meeting Room Policies and Regulations.

How do I cancel or revise a meeting room reservation?
Cancellations and revisions can be made via email or by calling your local branch. Visit our locations page for contact information. (Please state the branch, large or small room, date, time, and organization)
How much does it cost to reserve a room?
Meeting Room use is free for Non-Profit groups.
The fees for For-Profit groups are as follows:
Small meeting room: $25.00 per 2 hour block
Large meeting room: $50.00 per 2 hour block
Payment is accepted the day of your reservation at the circulation desk of the library branch.
What are the room capacities?
Large meeting room capacities are based on auditorium style seating. Small meeting rooms contain a conference table or smaller tables with chairs.
What if the library closes early?
In the event of a weather-related closing, the Branch Head or Librarian in Charge will contact groups who have a standing reservation.
