Babies and small children are natural yogis and yoginis (ever heard of happy baby pose)? With children as young as 4 weeks old, caregivers can work with their little ones to practice developmentally appropriate yoga poses. Don’t worry if your little one is always on the go, the instructor works with the energy of the children and tailors the class accordingly. Moves stimulate the brain, encourage proper alignment, help with digestion and sleep patterns, teach calming breath work, encourage early critical thinking skills, and foster the love of physical fitness at a young age. All children should attend with an adult caregiver and dress ready to stretch and move.
