Beginning Yoga Strength

For ages 16 - Adults
Join Dianna Fornaro, a Yogafit instructor from Freedom Fitness, for classes designed for yoga novices who want to build strength and grace through gentle yoga stretches and strengthening exercises. An additional strength training component is incorporated to help build bone density and range of motion. Please bring your own mat and/or towel.
