Monday, April 1, 2013 at 4:00 PM
Eldersburg Branch Library
For ages 6 - 11
Chef Nikki will teach you how to make California style sushi, plus a fun fruit sushi for a new
dessert! Nikki McGowan created Cannelloni Kids Cooking School in 2008. Chef Nikki has developed
culinary programs that are in over 40 institutions and organizations. Now, at the encouragement of
families that have welcomed CKCS into their homes, CKCS is proud to open their first food studio!
CKCS Foods Studio is excited to bring their culinary programs to Carroll County. Have you seen the
lime green building on Liberty Road in Eldersburg? That’s CKCS! Refreshments will be served. Only kids need to register.
The Program is Full. If you wish to go on a waiting list, you would be number 5 on the list.
