Tween Yoga: Session 3

For ages 9 - 12

Join us for this 3-week introductory session to yoga - just for tweens! Yoga is a great way to build both strength and flexibility, while relieving the stress of daily life. Participants will learn together in a supportive environment led by instructor Beth Feinstein. A relaxation period will be included to assure that students walk away feeling refreshed. No experience necessary, comfortable clothing is a must. You may bring your own mat if preferred. We encourage you to register and attend all sessions. Only kids need to register.
