Dear CCPL Customer and Friend,

We see surveys from businesses every day. “How did we do?” “What could we do better?” “Were you satisfied with your service?”

This one, however, is important. We are your public library. That means we want to make certain we are providing the materials, services, and programs that you want to use. The only way we can judge that is to keep an eye on our visits and ask for your opinion. Due to COVID-19, visits to the library are not possible, so we need your help! Please take a few minutes, and tell us about your experiences with CCPL. This information will help us plan the next steps for our library.
