Black and Decker groundwater reports

The Community Outreach Program Plan for the Black & Decker Hampstead facility established a repository of key documents to facilitate access to information related to the company's remediation project. The North Carroll Branch was the original repository for these paper documents. In the interest of providing better access and to free up space for other services at the library, we have digitized these documents. All documents are formatted as Adobe PDF documents.

This repository includes key documents related to the remediation project including the Consent Order between Black & Decker and the Maryland Department of the Environment, reports and planning documents to be prepared as specified in the Consent Order, existing reports and plans incorporated by reference in the Consent Order, and reports provided to the State in accordance with environmental permit conditions.
