CCPL believes that excellent library services should be available and accessible to all within our community and county. We understand and acknowledge that systemic discrimination exists today within libraries, and that past and present inequities exclude many from enjoying the benefits provided by a local public library.

In order to eliminate these barriers, seen and unseen, CCPL believes it is necessary to promote, explore and celebrate the history, perspectives and aspirations of all people.
