This year’s program features 10 exciting PE-style stations, including rolling, underhand and overhand tossing, an obstacle course, and much more! Participants can move at their own pace, completing challenges and earning stickers on a special challenge card. Plus, each child will receive a fun coloring page to take home!

The program will be accessible for individuals of varying physical ability and yoga experience, and can be modified to a chair, for those with limited mobility. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat or towel to practice on.
The Taneytown Community Library opened as a branch of the Carroll County Public Library on January 9, 1969 in a storefront building on Baltimore Street. Ground was broken for a full-service branch on April 18, 1988. The Taneytown Branch at 10 Grand Drive opened to the public in February, 1989.
The 2008 renovation to the branch included a 5,000 square foot expansion and interior improvements
