New updates as of August 25, 2020

On Monday, June 8, Carroll County Public Library began offering limited services under Stage 1 of our reopening plan. These limited services include having staff available to answer your phone calls and offering Express Pickup service at all of our locations.

Express Pickup is a quick and easy way for you to select a 2-hour period to come to your local branch library, pick up your bagged items in the lobby of the building and take those items home.

Library staff will also be available via phone to answer your information questions. We hope that these Frequently Asked Questions provide many answers. Beginning June 8, we encourage you to call your local branch for additional help.
